2. Functions  

- Time (TIME): Press the MODE button until TIME is displayed. It shows the total time from the start to the end of the exercise.   

- Speed (SPD): Press the MODE button until SPD is displayed. It indicates the current exercise speed.   

- Distance (DST): Press the MODE button until DST is displayed. It represents the total distance covered from the start to the end of the exercise.   

- Calories (CAL): Press the MODE button until CAL is displayed. It shows the total energy burned from the start to the end of the exercise.   

- Odometer (ODO): Press the MODE button until ODO is displayed. It indicates the cumulative total distance of the exercise.   

- Heart Rate (if available): Press the MODE button until the heart - rate display is shown. It shows the current heart rate during exercise.   

- Step Frequency (STEP/MIN): It shows the frequency of movement, that is, how many steps are taken per minute.
